My employer and the property management company renewed the contract for several years.
But the property management company has issues regarding our work.
We are being watched by the property management company employees as well as by people they know on a daily basis. The property management company has decided that we have too much downtime. My immediate supervisor has a daily morning meeting with his staff *and that includes me*. He lets us know that the property management company watches us on a daily basis and has reported what we do and do not do to our employer. This also includes other people that the property management company knows. They will report what we do and do not do to our employer.
On a scale from one to ten, the property management company wants every garage to be a ten in terms on cleanliness. Nothing can be out of place.
