I'm seriously like the ultra-mellow when it comes to service. As long as no one gets outright rude with me, it doesn't bother me too much.
One time I was out with a friend and she had already eaten lunch, but I had just gotten off of work so I was hungry. So before I helped her pick out an mp3 player, I stopped at a Subway to get some food. Normally, I totally heart Subway's service. But I had to explain my order like 3 times. When they asked what else I'd like on my sandwich, I told them just pickles. So they put the pickles on THEN put on mayo! I HATE mayo. Absolutely HATE it!! Cannot stand it!!!!!!!!!! So I told them that I didn't want mayo and that I'd like a new sandwich. Really, I'm not confrontational at all. So the lady making the sandwich actually snapped back at me. My friend Rachel told her flat out, "he was nice about it. He spoke clearly when he said just pickles and now you're giving him attitude?!"
I got my new sandwich, then Rachel yelled at me for not being more direct with the lady after she snapped at me.
I was just happy that I finally got my sandwhich made correctly.
