Most know that I work at a fabric store. People loooove to complain about the lines. "I was here yesterday but I had to LEAVE because it was so busy!" First off, why are you telling me? Second, that's okay, I understand not wanting to wait. I'd rather you leave instead of staying to yell at me. Oh wait, you managed to leave, then come BACK to yell at me about how long the wait was YESTERDAY. Btw, don't complain when you come in at lunch. Gah.
But there are other places people love to complain about even more. A few months ago a Red Checkmark retail location opened near my store. And now I heard that we might get an xfinity location in the same shopping center as the store I work at. Who can think of places people complain about more than cable and cell providers? Maybe the post office?
I recall the last time I was at a cable store. It was to turn in equipment. I didn't want to send it, I wanted paper which said "turned in!" It was... bad. At the time, Tacoma only had one physical location. Yeah, for a city of over 200,000 people. I felt so bad for the employees. You could hear the conversations, and they were painful. And of course on google that location has a score of 1.5. It really wasn't the employees fault. The system was terrible, but you know they didn't set it up. It was set so that you selected the service you needed and a number was spit out. Well, if you wanted to pay your bill, you were automatically helped next. So all of us waiting got to watch people walk in and barely sit down before they got helped. It was unpleasant.
Anyway, it's an open ended question. What places are easy targets, especially for SCs?
