At work today a customer called me over to help him out in garage door openers.
He's looking to replace one of his and he has two doors. He's hoping to get one that has the ability to use the same remote for both doors. So I asked him how old the opener that he is planning on keeping is.
He tells me that it's about 4 or 5 years old. I tell him that his remotes wouldn't be compatible with anything we have now.
So as he LIFTS HIS MIC UP TO THE HOLE IN HIS THROAT... he tells me, "technology has just screwed me over again." (Just because he'd have to buy two new openers to have his remotes compatible for both doors)
Nevermind the fact that technology is keeping him from pissing in the snow what he wants to tell me... (I know there's no snow... but still) technology has screwed this man over far too many times.
