I love the At Will stuff.
If you quit with no reason, It looks bad, and will possibly hurt your chances of getting hired.
If you are fired, well, It looks bad, and will probly hurt your chances of getting hired.
One of my co-workers, had a friend who worked a job with his wife, they gave 6 month notice. And the bad thing, is that their hours were slashed to practicly nothing within the first 2 months. Must have been a real nice place to work.
