I had one man tell me that checking his signature was an invasion of his privacy, so I told him that if he was so concerned with his privacy he better pay with cash from now on. Shut him right up!

When I worked at Burger King we didn't take credit or debt cards. We had an ATM that the customers could use. Of course...that didn't stop people from trying. We did take checks though...just not in the drive-thru. I had to write down the driver license number on the checks so I always checked for an ID.
