Yesterday, a customer was very upset because a cart ran into her car and dented it. She wanted to know who was responsible for the cart situation. I went outside with her to see what I could do and I ended up offering to get the manager. I went inside, called the manager, and requested for him to meet the customer outside and I headed for the outside.
The customer wanted to know where the manager was and I informed her that I had called him and he was on his way. The manager showed up pretty quickly. Before he showed up, the customer said that she was never going to shop at the store again. She even said that she was very upset which she said to both the manager and I and the manager ended up getting the information needed from her.
This particular customer is a regular customer. She's usually pretty nice so I'm hoping she didn't mean it when she said she would never shop at the store again.
