Finally, at long last, inventory was complete, over and done at about 1 PM today (done meaning we could once again use the register to ring sales). First call we get...a guy who seemed strangely dead-set on the fact that he had called the post office. Took almost five minutes for the boss to convince him otherwise.
Bwuh?! Yes, we're located across from the post office, and technically our name starts with the same letter and has the same number of syllables, but...one would think that if you were looking for the post office and the phone was answered with "______ Books and Games" you've dialed a wrong number.
Then upon being told that we're across the street from the post office, he apparently wanted us to connect him
...yeah, every business located across the street from a public building has the magic ability to transfer your call to that building.
