Oh yes, all the time. Mainly, when someone walks into the BOOKSTORE and tells me they're looking for a book.

"Nope, sorry, all out."

::grabs nearest book:: "Here you go!"

"You came to the right place!"

"Ah, we have lots of those!"

Never fails. :P

What I like to do at my current job is act all nice and smiley if someone is being bloody; they get annoyed as hell at me but can't do squat about it.
