  • Next Saturday is Burger Day!

Yes it is time again to cook a 9ft hamburger, with onions and pickels.....lots of onions and pickels.

    Burger Day Facts:

About 900 pounds of meat is used between the Big Burger and the
    burger booth

Over 550 pounds of onions are peeled and sliced by volunteers

The Big Burger bun weighs over 350 pounds

Over 3500 burgers are cooked in about 7 hours in the burger booth

The Big Bun is cooked in a "one of a kind" 12' by 12' convection oven

(BTW: they also used this oven to make the bread for the world's largest Peanut Butter & Jelly sammich)

An average of 2,300 volunteer hours are logged beginning in January

Average attendance on Burger Day is about 25,000 people

Now I'm hungry and it's two hours until lunchtime.

Maybe I'll find that pic of the funkstain to make me lose my appetite.

I wonder if Seymour, Wisconsin is still cooking their ginormous burgers.

            Heh, leave it to me...

I was looking at the photos, and I noticed one of the stores in the background. I would totally shop at a store called "Average Joe Clothes."

Wow... why does this remind me of Good Burger?

              That's pretty cool though! =D
