    I need to vent.

    UGHHH...

    We have a new trainee who never shuts up, talks really loudly the whole time, and discusses the most innane information the whole time. This has been going on for six weeks.

    It's the audio equivalent of watching paint dry.

    I'm not the first person to crack either.

    One day about four weeks ago one of the other leads in my department said really loudly to a supervisor "that girl really needs to shut up." It was a classic moment.

    I can already tell dealing with her on the lead line is going to be from hell. Since she's also a know it all.
    Just because a customer expects you to put some effort into your job, that does not make them an SC.

    I feel for you. Imagine having to train people like that. I have never wanted so much to power run and slam my body into a large tree. DipShit would talk people's ears off. Thankfully, the few times he was stupid enough to actually leave his machine and go chat with someone for nearly 20 minutes about politics or his infinite knowledge of technology, Dickhead and Ann saw and it strengthened my case against him with my boss.

    Imagine Mickey Mouse talking at 180 mph and that was DipShit.
