OK, so the call floor has 2 work stations for blind people, with braille readers, braille keyboards, etc... now I know why they have monitors on them, so sighted people can see what they are doing when they are doing maintenance or configuring the computers... but here's what I don't quite understand... they keep the monitors on while the blind people are using them
I could understand if their was a TM doubled in with them so the TM could see what they are doing, but they leave it on for all times 
they keep complaining about our budget problems, and I know that 2 monitors being turned off will have a minuscule savings, but that would still be a savings, and trying not to sound like a complete douche, but the people using the computer will never know whether or not the monitor is turned on, and if they did know they probably wouldn't care...
