as some of you remember from my other post yesterday I was pretty sure I was going to get fired... well yup...
I love some of the parting quotes... including "you have to understand, these computers are run from 5am to midnight every day, you should expect some of them to break"... yes, they admitted that they expected their equipment not to work (though i've still never even heard of a call center where phones will randomly just turn off halfway through a call). and "service requests like these embarrass the center and we need to show corporate that we are willing to take care of the problem"... so yup, in their minds having equipment that won't last a shift is normal but an employee getting frustrated and swearing is a problem...
oh well, now this gives me time to find a better job, maybe one with computers and phones that work...
though, I must say I will miss my coworkers, particularly HC, and K, and R, and T, and M, and the other K... though I may end up working with HC again at least because he was going to apply at one of the places I was thinking of applying...

after all. But let's face it, your posts show you've been suffering for a long time now and the job essentially pushed you to this point. So enjoy your time off and best of look finding a much better and more rewarding job. It isn't worth it working for a company who tries that hard to lie to customers and abuse employees.
