Okay I wouldn't go as far as saying I was the one holding the company together - i'm not guna be that up-myself, lol, but thanks for that. At first I was angry that I was let go and am now being replaced, but you guys are right - I should be happy that being made redndant gave me the opportunity to get a MUCH better job!
