Amusement Park Tickets Returned

Today, when I was coming back from break, my service desk coworker was refunding amusement park tickets for a group of customers. After the customers left, my service desk coworker mentioned that the customers said that I said that they could return them and I told her that I didn't. I didn't even take a call about that. A duplicate receipt was printed and paper clipped to the returned tickets.

Doesn't it say right on the tickets that they are non-refundable or exchangeable for any reason?
