  • Leaving Krogers

Yes that's right I'm leaving Kroger! I'm turning in my 2 weeks notice this week right when my CSM gets back from Vacation! Boy I can't wait to see the look on her face. I mean I like her and all but it will still be priceless! And I'm sure she'll do everything to convince me to stay. Sorry R but the only way I'll stay is if the big whigs in corporate all croak and are replaced by people much better and really change Kroger for the better. But I doubt it will happen so bye!

I'm gonna go work at HEB! Better pay (waaaaay better), better treatment to employees, and oh yeah people actually like working there. At Kroger nearly everyone I talk to hates working here (almost everyone). Yet when I go to HEB it's less common. hmmmmm....Plus I have like 3 friends who work for the company and have been trying to convince me to come to their side for over a year now. So I finally gave in and have finished filling out the application. Totally gonna do it.

All my coworkers are pissed though. They simply refuse to believe I'm leaving them. Guess I made a goo impression . Though one guy's first reaction was "way to go SG15Z!". And I went "what?!! Won't you miss me!!!" . Course he said he was but was still proud that I was getting out of the hell hole and moving on. I gotta admit though. I'll mis some of my CW . But then again one of my best friends works at the HEB I'm going to and another BF is planning on transferring there, so it works out in the end!

Wish me luck. I give the 2 weeks to my CSM this thursday!

Has HEB already made you an offer? You might want to wait on that first before telling the other place where to stick it.
Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end.
