Unfortunately, we really shouldn't celebrate, as she's having surgery done and that's why she's going to be gone....

But oh to heck with it.....YAY! NO ANN FOR ONE MONTH!

I think she's having surgery done on her knee. But I figure it's none of my business and I'll just go by what I hear for now.

All I care is she's not going to be around for a month. YES! Woo hoo.

There's just something so.....different when she's gone. Morale is better, it seems.

It occurs to me that you might want to keep an eye on Production figures. If they go up while she's gone, then down again after she comes back, well, that might be a better way to convince the powers-that-be that she's a liability and not just a pain in the keister. Prove that she impacts the bottom line, not just employee morale, and quite possibly something will be done.
