  • Passive-Agressive revenge?

Ok, maybe it's a little childish. But so help me, if I hear "you need to add more warm fuzzies" about another piece of my writing, someone is going to have said writing shoved down their throat.

So. I made a sign for my desk. It's a pic of the Enterprise, knee-deep in Tribbles. I captioned it, " 'Warm Fuzzies' do NOT always make things better!"

Hopefully I won't get in trouble for being snarky. But I do like my sign.

When there are too many warm fuzzies, it feels like they are doing this to me:

awwww... Wook at the cute widdle puppies!!! (WARNING! Potentially disturbing content, NSFW, click at own risk)

I don't know, the whole "warm fuzzies" schlock is far more childish than one fannish picture. I get really irritated at condescending, baby-talking people.
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.

Now, the part that should disturb you is I don't find that disturbing at all. Look, it's puppies eating BABE!

Well, at least it was an older monitor and not a new one.

                      Or my keyboard.

I just bought this keyboard. I like this keyboard. It matches my Tower.

The monitor, meh. Mr. Squirrel is sitting on it.

No offense, but a small warning would've been nice.

While passive-agression isn't usually the best way to deal with things, there are certain situations that call for nothing more than well-deployed passive agression.

A sudden urge to obey the speed limit is while being tailgated is one example of appropriate passive agression.

Taking a boss's annoyingly vague "advice" literally is another.

                            Well played.
The best karma is letting a jerk bash himself senseless on the wall of your polite indifference.

The stupid is strong with this one.
