I'm tired...

I'm tired of my current job... I'm tired of the favoritism, I'm tired of the supervisors micromanaging everything. I'm tired of going to work every day and hearing everyone be nice, but as soon as 1 person leaves, everyone else talks about them behind their back. I'm tired of working with the people who harp on me about every little thing, when they do it exactly the same as I do.

I'm tired of supervisors who get me in trouble when it's THEIR fault something didn't get done. I'm tired of officers who treat us like crap because "[our] job is easy, just sit on your fat ass all day."

I'm tired of officers who treat us like we're retarded when they come across completely garbled, or yell at us to hurry up when their request is about 15th in line, and we're working as fast as we can.

I'm tired of going to work every day expecting to be fired because SOMEONE complained about a stupid thing everyone does, but only I'll get in trouble for.

I'm tired!!!


I've put my resume up on monster. I'm going on my day off to talk to a temp agency about getting another job. I'm so sick of working here... You're not supposed to wake up every morning wondering if you'll be fired that day or not...

Fenrus, if it makes you feel better you arent the only one. The owners micromanage, the new Operations Manager (the new title for GM because the owners are taking over GM responsibility) is a moron (this guy was the assistant manager at another location, he occassionally covered here, and I routinely had to fix his mistakes... stupid things like he'd move a guest and not update the wake-up call list)... oh and we can already tell he's going to go on a power trip as soon as he's fully in power, my coworkers are always making stupid mistakes... and while I doubt I'll be fired any day, we have a corporate inspection early next month and I know we don't meet there standards right now so this place might not even exist come next year. So trust me, I understand your pain... best of luck on the job search... and if you find anything good that is hiring that you can recomend let me know
