Yesterday I opened a half-empty bottle of freezie syrup. It made that "ksss" sound that carbonated drinks make when you open them. Which was odd because this stuff's not meant to be carbonated.
Then I smelled it... and it smelt like my uncle's wine making vat a week after harvest day.
We figure that somehow some yeast got in there and started feeding on the sugar. Also that it was best to throw it away, since we don't want drunken SCs running around and those of us who drink alcohol don't do it at work and have better tastes than drinking some fermented lemon dishwashing liquid flavoured freezie syrup.
