Not saying it didnt happen just that I've heard it before so maybe its common or maybe it gets passed around as having happened when it didnt
If its common i think that says a LOT about the state of marriage

Yeah, when I first heard it, I thought it sounded like something off TV or in a movie, or even an Urban Legend, but I guess, since he had just returned from an actual job site, I figured it must have been true, or else he tells a good story, but thanks for pointing out that it sounded familiar.

In fact, I did check and it is listed on Snopes.com as an Urban Legend, but it doesn't state whether it's a false one.

Perhaps our installer is full of crap, but what the heck...stranger things have happened ...especially if one reads the pages of CS.

Yes, that's the article I was referring to above when I mentioned I saw it on snopes.com. I thought I had posted the link, but I guess I copied and forgot to paste.

I told the guys at work that the installer was probably full of crap and was just telling a pretty good story.
