Triple Duty

Yesterday, it was shorthanded so I ended up not only doing my own duties but also checker and bagger duties. I really hope the store hires more people ASAP because it would really help.

Why should they waste money on hiring more people when its obvious you can do the work yourself?

Yea having more people is always nice. Keeps the customers happy when everything is quick and efficient. Maybe Corporate should look into that one.

I feel your pain. On any given work day, I can be found doing work for the salad bar, hot foods, deli, produce and/or seafood.

One of the managers asked me the other day if I knew how to use the registers. I said no. (Technical truth. I've never cashiered at the store I'm working at. I have cashiered at other places of employment, however.)
