...and yet it's nothing I'm involved in!
We keep a Google calendar of all the emails we send out, and I'm in charge of keeping that updated. Well, yesterday, an email from one of our partners was supposed to go out...and it didn't. The art was done, the copy was done, everything was approved...and IT didn't send it. They claimed they never got the art, but didn't check with the art department to let them know there was a problem!
IT: Oh. Well, we can send it on Wednesday, there's nothing scheduled then.
Cool boos: Yes there is. We've got an email for Membership going out that day.
IT: It's not on the calendar.
CB: Yes it is. Joitheartist updated the calendar over a week ago, and it's been on there since then.
IT: Well...it wasn't there when we looked at it!

So the Cool Boss isn't happy today, but since she's mad at the IT department, I find it amusing. Especially since our IT department is soooooo passive-aggressive!
