Yay, corporate did something right!!!!

So on our pin pads when you swipe your card (or enter you phone number for your Kroger card) it use to say "please wait for the cashier". Which doesn't sound bad, but at SCO it was a nightmare. Because it won't process your card till you press the button on the screen saying your swiping a card. As for the phone number thing it is simply waiting for a product to be scanned. So you can imagine how many people turn to me and say "It's waiting for you!!"

Well the other day I noticed it no longer says "please wait for the cashier". Now it says, "Please continue checking out". Yay!!!!!!!!! My number of SCs has been reduced!!!

So yeah I'm a little happy. Can you tell? Corporate finally fixed a MAJOR problem at SCO rather than little minor ones. I never thought I'd see this day come....

It's made it a lot worse at my store. I've had at least ten people asking if it took their Kroger card. Sometimes it doesn't so they have to hit enter again.
