Not So Special Snowflakes Anymore Are We?
Not long ago I got transferred over to another project since the one I used to be on they massively cut it down and transferred supervisors and agents to other projects (I work in a third party call center). My old project now has about close to 30-60 something agents and 3 supervisors with one floor director. My old supervisor C and her little friend M who was also a supervisor are now back on the phones in a different department and I'm enjoying it (as well as a number of my co-workers). 
Why you ask? Let's see, they were both crappy supervisors who didn't know squat about computers and this was a tech support environment (cough cough office politics), their people skills were atrocious and half the time they were always slacking off. Not only that, but they played favorites and they were snooty little bitches. Now from what I hear, they're going to the floor director to try and get their cushy little jobs back because they feel like they're special snowflakes that shouldn't have to be on the phones anymore. I hope they still stay on the phones. I know I'm being a bitch by saying that, but sorry. I have no sympathies for anyone taking a demotion who is a complete asshat. *Singing the payback is a bitch song from Scrubs*
