One time, my dad was a mystery shopper...for Long John Silver's! Boy oh boy, did I enjoy that! (and yes, we gave them fair marks--they usually did fine)

LOL...I did mystery shopping for a little bit. It's kind of fun, but towards the end it was getting harder and harder to get paid...

Anyway, my downfall was the restaurants. I usually ended up spending more than we were getting reimbursed...and a couple of those restaurants are now my favorites and I am addicted to them.

-10 Complaining about queues when it's obvious there is just one or two staff members on.
-15 Whining about a procedure or rule that can't be changed, ever.
-10 Bitching when told they are doing it wrong, ie not putting the nozzle in the car.
-15 Spilling a ton of petrol on the forecourt, then driving off without telling the staff when they come in to pay.
-5 Claiming that the pump is broken when it's in fact a case of PBPAC.
