One store logged a ticket on their computer:
"System configuration has changed. Hit F1 to continue"
(The bios has been disabled unless you catch it during a reboot).
SERIOUSLY?
Not only did the person who logged the ticket not think to hit F1 but when they called the help desk THEY DIDN'T THINK OF IT EITHER!!!
It's bad enough that:
1) No one in this store answered the phone when I tried to call them several times.
2) The rep who logged the ticket didn't leave his phone number
3) The manager wasn't working then or answering his phone
4) I had to drive 45 minutes, each way, just to hit F1 (tickets are timed)
5) By the time I got there the manager was just getting back from lunch - he was smart enough to hit F1 but didn't realize the sales rep had logged a ticket.
