The good:
I have a new computer, & it has internet access. The last one did not. But since I'm at work, I have to be careful which sites I access. I mainly use the internet for school purposes, banking, and music.
I can call the Parking office to have them change the full sign to open. That is if a staff member who requested several reserved spots for an event does not complain. That happened today, & the sign was changed to open. That incident is posted at the seen & heard section.
The bad:
Even though the Parking office is over Visitor Parking, "Kim", the only employee in Community Relations, makes the event list. The Parking office transfers all calls regarding reserving parking spots to her. She used to have a call phone, but she no longer has one. Now she has a pager. I can also call Facilities, the dept. she now reports to, if I need to reach her.
There is a new parking company manager over the account, "Bill" *not his real name*, but I have not met him yet. He is the fourth manager over the account since I started working at the university in March 2006. I heard he is a regional mangager, & he is very busy.
So now the are 3 people I report to depending on the situation. This is confusing.
