  • Sucky staff member and her complaint

I thought there was a seen & heard section. Maybe I was mistaken.

Visitor Parking as well as the metered lot across the street from the booth was reserved today for one big event & some small events. Students park at the metered lot, but today there is a university cop not allowing anyone here for the big event access to that lot.

    The big event:
"Kim" called me to let me know that the coordinator over that event, a staff member, e-mailed her with some "complaints" & that she had some questions for me.

Here are the complaints the staff member e-mailed "Kim" about:
    • I'm turning people away *Well...anyone not on the event list cannot park. The majority of the people wanting to park are students or visitors going to Admissions, ect. The people here for the big event are dressed in business attire. If you do not tell me what you are here for, I either say "are you here for anything in particular?" or "are you here for anthing specific?" Depending on what you tell me, I either let your park if you are here for the event or I let you know the garage is reserved*
    • Guests here for that event who parked in Visitor Parking were confused becuase the full sign was on *I explained to them that if the full sign was not on, anyone could enter the garage. The full sign prevents this from happening.* Because the full sign was on, they thought they could not park even though they were here for an event which was on the event list.
    • Change the full sign to open
    • The metered lot across the street is blocked off with a cop car, but there is not cop there *I can see the metered lot from where I sit, & there is a cop there* Maybe he went for a short break when she "heard" the was not a cop there

What I would like to know is...how did she know I turned away people since the majority of the people wanting to park were students or visitors?

Is she trying to cause trouble or what? Thankfully, the event is only for today.

"Kim" said the coordinator over the event is a witch. I told her the people I turned away were either students or visitors going to the offices on the 3rd floor (Admissions, Financial Aid, ect.) & that I see a cop at the metered lot across the street. She replied to the staff members e-mail with what I told her.
Working...
