Yesterday, a customer called mentioning that she didn't get the sale price for her ice cream. It turned out that she needed to use a coupon to get the sale price. I suggested that she bring her receipt back when she has a chance and one of the service desk employees should be able to fix the problem. The customer mentioned that she was annoyed over the coupon not being used originally.
The customer wanted me to write a note about it so I wrote a quick one including her name and that she was annoyed. When I came across the coupon in the circular, I carefully ripped it out and attached it to the note.
