If you current employer does blow his/her stack, point out that you will be getting more hours. Tell him that you will stay if he gives you a 100% raise and double the hours.

I've Got An Interview
I work for one of Australia's largest supermarket chains and tomorrow I go for a job interview with their competition, It's doing pretty much the same job (cashier) but they are giving me more hours, at the moment i'm getting 12 hours a week.
It's a group interview, we have to work in teams to solve problems then we have a numeracy and literacy test.
I haven't been to an interview in 11 years and I'm a bit nervous, also If I do get the job, work is going to blow it's stack on me.
