Company "A" offered me a position! Not the original one we were talking about, but that's ok.
It is a position cut with a minor pay cut, but the bonus potential is outstanding. Plus, it gets me out of the hell I am in now.
The pay cut is fine, I will be saving money on clothes with the new position.
Now I get the luxury of giving my notice.
Oh yeah, current DM left a v-mail for me telling me I have to switch my shift from opening to closing THIS FRIDAY. Normally I wouldn't get the v-mail until tomorrow (Thursday), but I was waiting for DH (10pm) and decided to check it while I was waiting.
Who tells someone to switch their shift only one day away???
I also just found out we are getting slammed with shipment next week, two weeks before inventory. Oh joy.
