Luna, you didn't offend me, no worries. But it gets exhausting sometimes, how many people will be all impressed that I have published books, then look at me like I'm a moron when I tell them they're self-published. Then they read them and are surprised and tell me 'you need to get these published for real'.

Um, they ARE published for real, thank you, just not by a big name with trillions to blow on advertising and screwing over authors.

I use Lulu.com. So far I'm pretty pleased with them. I only get a two dollar commission off of every book sale which isn't much but then, I'm not in it for the money and I don't have to pay editors/publicists/agents/etc.

For my online webcomis I use www.webcomicsnation.com. I REALLY like them. I'm having trouble with my artists right now so my comics are on hold but webcomicsnation makes things so easy to use and update, I can't imagine going anywhere else.
