It's been a stressful last few weeks, but today was the culmination.
We are having people change departments (managers as well), and this is the first week of scheduling where our hours are being drastically cut. Since I do the scheduling, all this falls onto my lap. People complain to me about their hours being cut (as if I control it?)
It was so bad that one of my managers (who's been with the company for years and gets paid an exorbitant amount of money compared to me) said she didn't even want to deal with it. A manger always has to look over the schedule to make sure it's "ok" before I post it. This is an extremely important schedule, the first schedule that all the college kids will be gone, so we have no one.
So when everything is completely messed up, guess whose fault it will be?
