The President's office had a 3 day event this Tuesday through Thursday. Visitor parking was reserved all 3 days.
According to the Outlook calendar, the President's office purchased tokens for the guests.
This happened today around 12:30 p.m.
One of the guests who attended the event walked up to the booth window & told me "the President's office ran out of tokens."
So I called the Parking office. "Nancy" answered the phone. I told her why I was calling. She told me the guest has to come to the Parking office & purchase a token for $5.00.
I told the guest to go to the Parking office to see what they could do for her.
I gave her directions to their office. She exited several minutes later.
