That will be $1000. No really, it will. Rooms are a little over $400 a night with a two night minimum. Once you add in tax and parking you are sitting pretty close to $1000 just for your hotel room for the weekend, nevermind all the other expenses like food/drink, tickets, and gas.

Obviously this price gouge is working, we sold every room, but I just think of all the things I could do with an extra $1000 and it makes me sad.

Meh, I don't understand how my coworkers can gamble away half their check every month, but they seem to enjoy it. To each their own.
