Had someone call today because she was sending an email to her client and aol was obfuscating the link when the client received it... basically AOHell was added in extra characters when the recipient clicked on the link in the email, so it gave them a "page cannot be displayed" error.
I told her that she had two options. Either she could tell her client to highlight the link, copy it, and paste it into a new window or tab....
or she could tell her client to get real email.
Luckily, the caller laughed and agreed with me!
BTW... I found out yesterday in my review that the call monitoring system died when our phone system did earlier this year. This means that no calls are currently being recorded or monitored.
