So, when we get Customer Survey responses, Boss Man likes to send each one a personalized email, because then the guest is like "OMG someone actually read that!" Of course, that takes forever, so he saves responses in a Word file, and recycles them between letters.
I hate that Word file, so I took the notes from it and organized it into a more useful tool. Notes are now in webpage format, organized by category, with a text box to copy, paste, and edit the draft of the letter before finally copying it to the guest. Simple and handy, right?
Boss Man doesn't like it.
