Vindication, but about 3 months too late to save me

Well, the pharmacist that I bailed out of pharmacy to get away from quit today, I'll take it as vindication, even though I'm now in a different department.

Heard through the pipeline that nobody is sad to see him go, least of all the manager who's now coming clean slowly about all the issues he had to sit on silently,

Yeah, its schadenfreunde, but I'll take it.

Schadenfreude is better than nothing. And vindication is the best.

Hopefully, this will cause the management to make more of an effort to take care of problems, instead of sitting on them.
