Okay.

I mentioned the Fifty Shades of Gray wallets that came in, and one of my co-workers mentioned she had one. Either the one that came in on the truck or a different one purchased someplace else.

It also appears most, if not all, the female employees at the swamp have read Fifty Shades of Gray. It's as if they decided to start a Clearance Swamp Book Club and that was the first title on the reading list. While I guess this means some of my co-workers might just be super freak-kay outside of work, that includes some people I would never ever ever want to imagine nekkid.

Also there may or may not be a campaign underway to buy me my own personal copy of the book. At least they want me to read one passage from the book in particular. I dunno what it is, but from the way they're billing it it's the literary equivalent of 2 Girls 1 Cup or something.

Burn something in effigy for me, kthnx.

I read the 50 shades books to see what the fuss was about Then, I had to read Twilight to see what had spawned it. And, after reading 50 shades, I was expecting the Twlight books to be far far far worse than they actually were. Not that they're great books or anything, but they weren't as horribly written as the 50 books.

I love the Jen Reads recaps. So much more entertaining than the actual books.

(and my favorite 50 shades related thing--is the person who posted that they kept hearing "Oh My" in George Takei's voice.. every time they read it in the books.)
