One of my friends (and ex-coworker from BBV) came in with her hubby a couple of nights ago while I was working.
She storms up to the counter, next to a guy whose account I'm in the process of opening, and angrily states:
"I want to complain about the customer service!"
To which I replied:
"If you complain about it then you simply won't get any."
The guy looks absolutely mortified that I have just said this.
Her: "Oh, okay, fine. Be that way."
Hubby (with his lovely English accent): "You know, I told her you wouldn't care. She never listens."
We all laugh- new customer looks relieved realizing we all know eachother and are joking.
