So my client decided to stop promoting the software I was hired to write for and announced writers are going to write about another software the company makes. This made me nervous because they already have writers for that software, were they going to really spread it out over all of us?
Then I get details of what went down at the weekly meeting...
1. I wrote a piece that is still generating a lot of traffic and possitive input for the client
2. I always turn my work in on time if not early, and even when I have computer issues I come up with a way to do my work.
3. The person doing their internal content for the company web site is flaky and not turning stuff in consistantly
So they are first having me write 10 more pieces similar to the one getting all that attention, then they are making ME the internal content writer for that software!
