At dinner: "The baby can't eat peas. Because she doesn't have any teeth yet. <pause> Dad, is the baby growing teeth right now?"

methinks it's time to explain to Little Shirts about how old babies are when they actually GROW teeth. And once they do, it's mostly mushy peas

On the way to school: "I'm already old enough to go to school. The baby can't go to school. Just me."

Wait until he tries to take her to school for Show and Tell....
