Yesterday, a customer was using coinstar when it started having problems. I ended up going over to the coinstar to help her. I did have to call one of the office employees to get the password. Once I got the password, I followed the instructions on the menu. It turned out some coins got stuck in the machine so I got them out. A voucher did print for the coins already collected in the machine. The customer wanted to know if she could go cash the voucher at the service desk and I told her she could. I did get the machine working again and it was my first time doing.
