About 5 months ago I started a new job in my field, and now I found out I did well enough that I am going to be a lead technician. Which also lead to them realizing I was significantly underpaid to begin with and they jumped my hourly rate because they apparently did not want to risk losing me. Now if i can just get co-workers that actually know how to do anything it would be a perfect place.

I'm sorry reading is not a new concept it has been widely taught in our nation for at least the past 100 years. Please, learn to do it CORRECTLY before you become contagious. -
