I haven't posted recently, because most of my SC stories are the same as everyone else. However, I have to brag

After 4 years in the same job, and being turned down twice for a promotion to a management position, I got it today!!!! Yay! I'm happy, excited, a little scared, and a WHOLE lot "it's about damn time!"

I know this doesn't mean anything to anyone else without the back story, but suffice it to say that almost everyone I work with is *really really* happy that it's me that got the job rather than the other two.

And after a while many of the stories are similar, but the point is to share. It makes me feel better, at least.
