Just had a caller tell me I was the single most helpful person he's spoken to in any of the BlueCrossBlueShields in the country in the last five years.
I couldn't repair the problem, but I did explain to him how Bluecard works and what is the responsibilty of his local & what is the responsibility of the member's plan.
Basically how to fix the problem and who to call to get it done. I also told him what terminology to use... It's nice to be told that I rock.
