So, we're busy doing Customer Satisfaction callbacks. It's a new thing, and lemme tell you, it's a pleasure! All the customers are flabbergasted that we're making sure everything is still working fine. One customer was rhapsodizing about how wonderful I (we) am (are), and that I must call him today. He wants to offer me a job. He and his wife are coming to my town next week and want to meet for coffee....
