  • Praised for a job well done

Due to a lot of call-ins last night and coworkers loaned out to other departments to help out (the other side of the factory is running several days behind schedule whereas my side is running several days ahead), I had to work my entire area by myself. Ideally, there should be at least two people in my area at all times. Three is even better.

I managed to do the work of two/three people all on my own, for the first time ever, for almost 7 hours of my shift, and I never got backed up to the point of no return.

I had a little help after 5 am.....and I really needed that boost....

But several coworkers kept encouraging me all night that I was doing great, and my supervisor even made a trip into the area to congratulate me for doing so well on my own and staying calm and keeping work moving at a steady pace.
