Caught on to a shoplifters habits today, thanks to a litlle gut instinct... and now have had a shoplifter flagged and possibly banned... To put it simple, I work returns, and occasionally will catch patterns... Csr has been doing numerous rwr;s (return w/out reciept) on items, almost always being small, easy to conceal items, with a relatively high value to the size of the item. (i.e. $6.00 knobs, elbows... etc...) Checked history on it, and saw many many more rwrs than a normal person would do, with quite a pattern. Long story short, csr was observed concealing merch afterwrds, and is now flagged, no more rwr's for her... system will deny as ID is flagged. sooo.. yay for me!

watch out for the motorized carts at stores also. They are wonderful for hiding things and no one says a word about it.

My sister can leave the store with pretty much everythign she wants on the bottom of the cart and never pays for it. She will pay for one or two items but nothing big or expensive. Hmm wonder why she is at the store alone and I am home?
